1.1 Products purchased from AIRLY Online Store
AIRLY is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you’re not happy for any reason,
we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order delivery date. You have any complaints about the product, please let us know by contacting
through provided contact number / any of the other options on our website. Please provide your name, delivery address, order number and email address so
we can help you quickly and easily.
1.2 The process for returning products to us is set out in our Returns Policy. Visit our Returns Portal at airlyactive.com/returns, enter the required information (including details of the product(s) you are returning and the reason(s) for the return) and follow the relevant instructions including (if specified) printing a returns label. Following this, you should leave the package containing the product(s) you are returning (with the returns label securely attached) at one of the collection points that we identify to you, including our physical stores. If you return a product purchased through our website, you will need to bring your original order number with you. Unless stated otherwise on our website, please make sure that the products are returned to us within 7 days.
1.3 How and when we will refund you. We will refund you the price you paid for the products (including delivery costs where applicable) by the method you used for payment. If you used a discount code to buy the product, the amount refunded will be reduced to take into account the benefit of any discount which you received when buying the product. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind, your refund will be made within 7 days from the day we receive the unused product back from you.
Please Note:
2.1 Any damage caused due to neglect, improper usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
2.2 Products can only be returned if they are in an unused condition
2.3 All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact , and should not be broken or tampered with. In case of purchase of multiple quantity the same the SKU (size variant), all quantities need to be returned.

If your payment method is Prepaid- Refund will reflect in 5-15 working days depending upon your bank.
